Best Hotels in London for Families
1.The Langham, London-Firstly I am talking about the history of this Hotel. The Langham,London, Europe’s first “Grand Hotel” opened on 10 June 1865 and the hotel’s grand opening by the Prince of wales and the Victorian high society. In 1870-80, it was known for its one-of-a-kind indulgences. Electric lights, hydraulic lifts, air conditioning, and other extraordinary innovations revolutionised the luxury hotel. This is the best hotels for families in london. It was the favoured venue for royalty, artists, and musicians for the people around the world. Let’s now come to the reviews of this Hotel given by the visitors.
I stayed at The Langham for four days while staying in London for business tour and the experience was exceptional. When you are as picky about hotels as I am, you can never really judge by the gratuitous reviews that hotels are amazing because one person’s amazing is another person’s meh. But not so at The Langham! It deserves ever compliment. The services were absolutely remarkable! From the doormen to the service desks to the concierge to the restaurants- EVERYONE delivers over-the-top service and that, coupled with an esthetically beautiful property and atmospheric rooms that are clean is how you get and keep 5-Star ratings! Well done and well earned. I will certainly return here and highly recommend.

2.The Athenaeum Hotel–The Athenaeum is a hotel that resists easy categorization. On one hand its roots go back to the mid-nineteenth century, so it’s quite distinct from the garish modern baubles built for London’s new capital-flight class. As a hotel, though, it’s been in operation only since the Seventies, which means it’s equally far from the trapped-in-amber timelessness of some of its counterparts, in Mayfair and elsewhere around town. Now let’s come to the reviews of this hotel.
We booked the Festive Break deal which gave us full breakfast and champagne, afternoon tea. We arrived and were met by the doormen, who was excellent ,very professional and very happy to help with anything we required. At check-in we were upgraded by a very nice man to an apartment which was absolutely great, very large and in a quiet block at the side of the hotel with its own entrance. Wow!!! we loved it.The afternoon tea was really good and the staff in the restaurant were lovely and nothing was troubling and again we found the staff excellent at breakfast, the next morning. Breakfast is really good at this hotel! We loved the bar and the cocktails were great, the barmen were very good and happy to advise on the drink menu.We also had some presents delivered to our apartment as part of the Festive deal which was lovely, thank you.All in all a fantastic stay yet again with great staff, even better than the last one and we will be booking again. If you are in London and want to be in a unique hotel then you should try it once.I hope you will like it our new collection of “Best Hotels in London for Families”.

3.The Montague on The Gardens:-The bowler-hatted doorman at the entrance is a clue that this is a classy boutique hotel, on a quiet street near the British Museum. Its “Blue Door Bistro” is a welcoming and informal dining room, decorated with a frieze depicting London in around 1850. There’s mahogany panelling, with the contemporary wall lights and good use of mirrored glass and flowers on clothed dining tables. Simplicity is the kitchen’s byword, producing starters such as crab cakes with celeriac remoulade or a classic Caesar salad, before main courses such as sea bass in a champagne sauce or prawn Stroganoff. Finish with rice pudding with salted caramel. Now let’s come to the reviews of this hotel.
The Montague is an elegant boutique style hotel offering the warmth and comfort of a well appointed home. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood within two blocks of The British Museum. Fantastic proximity to restaurants and shops but a block or two away from the bustle. There are two parks nearby and leisurely walking to all of London from a quiet street. The staff was truly exceptional, from Mark who greeted us upon our evening arrival and offered the excellent suggestion of a tour of The Bank of England, to Sebastian’s cheerful demeanor and noteworthy suggestion of The Ship Tavern for dinner, a local landmark established 1349. On special note is the level of professionalism demonstrated by this staff. This price is the best prices for hotels in london. We were very impressed by the manner in which an awkward issue with our reservation was managed.
Honestly, this hotel could provide case studies for the industry.Morning breakfast was perfect offering a full buffet, in addition to grilled options with lively service. Afternoon’s tea or a cocktail in the parlor with comfortable chairs and sofas for conversation and relaxation after a long day of walking and touring. We enjoyed an excellent dinner and will highly recommend this intimate restaurant for an amusing evening. Our rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean providing excellent beds and luxurious linens Complimentary water was available and always greatly appreciated. We will return to this hotel, without hesitation.

4.Park Grand London Kensington– It’s famous for its horde of museums, galleries, exhibition corners, churches and other prominent edifices, the Shaftesbury Hotels Collection is proud to offer you a few swish and comfy lodgings in Kensington and a list of places around that demand your attention. Annexed from the bordering Hyde Park by William III, Kensington Gardens is a great place to start with. Kensington Palace open throughout the year offers the rare chance of taking a peek at the dresses worn by the Queen and Diana, late Princess of Wales. It also exhibits the stunning Royal Ceremonial Dress collection that date’s back to the 18th century. Consistently voted as the best address in London by the British Estate Agents, a walk down the Kensington Palace Gardens is highly recommended. Holland Park derives its name from the Jacobean mansion called Holland House which now forms the backdrop for the open air Holland Park Theatre which in turn is the home of Opera Holland Park. Let’s now come to the reviews of this hotel.
This is a beautiful hotel providing everything you need for a stay in London. It’s perfectly placed for visiting all the cultural sights and museums in South Kensington, shops in Knights bridge and the stunning Kensington gardens. From the moment I entered, the hotel was bowled over by the warm and kindness of reception staff Camelia and Vanessa. They ensured my stay was with absolute perfection and I was well travelled. The room had everything I could want and was quiet despite eateries and bars being just a stones throw away. The shower is something to behold and a breakfast offering a menu to suit all is perfect for commencing a busy day on feet in the Capital.

From the welcoming glass of prosecco to the concierge’s and doorman’s last wave as our taxi pulled out of the courtyard drive, this was one of our finest hotel experiences ever (matched only by the last time we stayed here some years ago!) The service provided by the entire staff, including the receptionists, concierges, doormen, butlers and housekeepers, as well as the maitre d’s and wait staff in the Kona lounge, where breakfast and complementary happy hour drinks are served, was not only impeccable and attentive, as one would expect at a hotel of this calibre, but also genuinely warm and friendly. The concierge staff was particularly knowledgeable and eager to assist,
